Membership Criteria

The company should be owned by Emirati holding not less than 51% of its shares.

The company must be licensed by National Media Council.

The member must be an adult of 18+ years.

The member must be of a good reputation and conduct himself or his business in a proper manner.

No charges have been issued against the publisher for any criminal offence, or restricted death sentence or ethical and moral affairs - unless and until rehabilitation was successfully completed.

The affiliate member (Government entities and other entities associated with the publishing sector) cannot vote in the electoral commission for EPA.

The member must fill up the membership form and submit the required documents:
